- To implement the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety System and ensure the continuous improvement of our systems, - To comply with local and international regulatory obligations, - To adopt occupational health and safety culture as a way of life, - To eliminate hazards that may arise from our operations, - To work together with our employees and employee representatives to identify potential hazards and risks in advance and to provide a healthy and safe working environment, - To organize awareness trainings and seminars on occupational and workplace health and safety for our employees (including subcontractors, guests, and the local community), - To ensure that visitors, suppliers, and employees of contracted firms comply with our OHS rules at all levels and to organize training activities to enable them to fulfill these requirements effectively, - To continuously monitor the compliance of our contractors and suppliers with our Occupational Health and Safety policies, - To take corrective actions with the goal of zero occupational accidents, - With the support of our management, to follow developments in the sector and around the world in order to improve our occupational health and safety performance, - To establish targets for monitoring, measuring, and auditing Occupational Health and Safety performance, in line with our sustainability objectives, and to achieve these targets through proper planning, - To provide the knowledge, human resources, technology, and financial resources necessary to ensure the continuity of the Occupational Health and Safety System, - To make our policy publicly accessible to government bodies and third parties, - To ensure the continuous improvement of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System, - We hereby declare, commit, and publicly announce these principles.
